Welcome to Khatu Green Heaven. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering your interest or booking a plot in the Khatu Green Heaven project. By submitting your details or paying the registration amount, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
The registration amount of ₹3,100/- is collected only to confirm your site visit or to reserve your interest in a specific plot. This amount is 100% refundable if you choose not to proceed with the booking.
Actual plot allotment is subject to availability at the time of formal booking. Registration does not guarantee allotment of any specific plot number, size, or location within the project.
All payments must be made through cheque, NEFT/RTGS, or other official banking channels payable to the developer's registered account. Cash payments are discouraged. Final payment schedules, including installment plans and construction-linked payment options, will be specified in the formal Allotment Letter / Sale Agreement executed between the buyer and the developer.
Plot dimensions mentioned on this website — 46.53 Sq Yd, 60 Sq Yd, 100 Sq Yd, 150 Sq Yd, 200 Sq Yd, 300 Sq Yd, and 581 Sq Yd — are indicative. Actual dimensions will be as per the approved layout plan. Minor variations in plot area may occur and will be adjusted as per the actual rate at the time of possession.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sikar, Rajasthan.
